(Please note our original hotel room block sold out.  Additional rooms became available from January 24 thru 27 and are available on a first come first served basis.)

The Hyatt Regency Suites is located downtown on Palm Canyon Dr. Just walking distance to Arenas Rd., shopping and dozens of restaurants! The property is an all-suite, boutique-like property with 197 guest suites and meeting space to accommodate 200 maximum.  We will not get lost in the shuffle!  This is a beautiful time to visit Palm Springs with temperatures reaching 70 for the high.

Room Types

We have secured two types of rooms: King or Double View Suite (606 sq ft) king bed or 2 double beds in the sleeping room and a sleeper sofa in the living room.  All suites have separate parlors, personal refrigerators, personal safes, coffee-makers and private, furnished balconies with spectacular views of the mountains or the valley.

One of the benefits of staying at the host hotel is the full breakfast included with each room!

KING SUITE:  $159 for a king suite with a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (single and double occupancy and includes full American Breakfast for up to 2 people);

DOUBLE / DBOUBLE SUITE: $179 per night for a double/double suite with a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (2 double beds with up to double occupancy and includes full American Breakfast for 2 people);

(There is an $20 per night for additional people in either room and tax is not included.)

This special CAPI room rate includes a waived resort fee, complimentary airport shuttle service, daily wireless internet access, local and toll free calls, incoming faxes, daily newspaper, in room tea and coffee, bottled water, and access to 24-hour fitness center.
