Volunteer Application

The success of Greater Palm Springs Pride rests upon many things; the most important being the numerous volunteers who perform various tasks to make the Greater Palms Springs Pride Weekend work. It is the volunteers, more than any other facet that sets the personality of the Festival. Greater Palm Springs Pride is served totally by volunteers from the President on down. Volunteers are needed from our Community to perform the many tasks necessary to run the Pride Weekend events. Many of our volunteers find that a personal experience gains them a new friend or two, and also gives them a sense of involvement their community!

The Greater Palm Springs Pride Inc. Board of Directors

If you are interested in serving on the Board of Greater Palm Springs Pride, Inc., applications are accepted throughout the year. The voting members review applications during our January Retreat and appropriate action taken as stated in our bylaws. Accepted applicants will serve for a period of one year as associate members (with a voice but without voting privileges). At the end of their associate period the voting members of the Board will vote on granting the associates full board privileges based on their performance as associate directors.
